With my private coaching package, I’ll provide you with workouts built around your goals as well as an eating plan that’s easy to follow. (You won’t be weighing your food or eating 6 times per day!) You’ll also have weekly check-ins with me so I can monitor your progress and make tweaks to your program to keep you moving towards your goals quickly!

There will be lifting sessions, HITT, and even some active recovery mixed in each week.

I will post workouts inside your back office with video demonstrations on how to perform the movements for maximum effectiveness. I’ll take out all the guess work for you so all you need to is show up, follow the plan, and put in the work.

My goal behind all of this is to show you to make small changes that you can stick with to make these changes permanent!
